Capri Blue ...

is NOT the fastest colour. And I got 2 performance awards last year to prove it. In other words, I got caught so the colour obviously isn't fast enough :whistle

I am not sure if that works. About 20 minutes after I got my R50, I got a speeding ticket. It's 23 hp fer cryin' out loud. If you are good, you can get a ticket on anything.
On second thought, if you are bad, you can get a ticket on anything.

Except. wrinkle black. That slows the whole bike down due to aerodynamics of the wrinkles............or something.

This may also be true in Canada. I am not sure about below the equator.

werx 4 me

I think it's the white pinstripe that really gives it the edge. it's probably a ying/yang thing...

I have always thought there are three bikes that are meant to be black. They are BMW, Harley and Moto Guzzi. It took me years to find a good black and original airhead.

I would add a Norton Commando to that "meant to be black" list. In 1974, a motorcycle writer from Cycle Guide (I could be wrong here--I was taking too many bike mags back then) claimed that the black 850 Norton Commando was "the most bitching looking bike around." :brow Yes I did; I owned one, and I've always regretted selling it.:banghead Having said that, I have to confess that if I could only have one bike, it would not be an older Commando. I might give the new models a second glance, however. :dunno
