I know that PaulBach has likely maxed out his camera at least once today! Like many others unable to make it, I am very much looking forward to a 'virtual attendee' tour through the eyes of those attending. :lurk - Bob

Not maxed yet

Been working with Paul and he has extra storage and is still shooting.
Too much fun but my feet are aching, wish yall were all here.

hmmm.....come to think of it....yes!

:)

curious what you would think of a video where each vendor got a short period of time (like, 2 minutes/vendor) to show off what they have going at the rally? this would be for people who can't come, but want to see all the cool new stuff.

just a thought...

Ian, that would be awesome. Great idea. What do we need to do to make that a possibility?

I managed to get a few today. Running low on battery on the laptop though so I will just try and get what I got onto Smugmug before the batteries go dead.

+1 :brad

Thanks for posting the pictures. So far I only see one person I can identify; Helge Pedersen (GlobeRiders). Pretty cool that he's at the rally.

You're welcome. I also saw Ted Simon here. All those old classics plus some more on the other side of the aisle all belong to one guy! Sweet collection.

I've never seen this model in the showroom......

How do you define motorcycle?

Pretty cool scooter.

i think we need someone to sell it to the vendors... maybe some form of standard appear and for extra cha-ching, a premium appearance.

the hard part would be shooting it early enough and editing it fast enough. but if a good plan was in place, the vendors are essentially set up the evening before the rally starts, the hall is clear, and a video crew could just go down the line.

then, edit overnight or early am and it's there.

Sunday Morning.....

.... and I hope that a few more pictures come in while the rally is still officially on :whistle :lurk - Bob

I think I saw that at the rally in Midland a few years ago. It started life as a K-Bike didn't it?

Yes, I have these pics from Midland 2000
