Can 2fer rally deal be transferred?

Last year a Canadian friend and I used the twofer offer to sign up for the rally that got pushed back a year. This year, with vaccines lagging north of the still-closed border, it’s extremely unlikely he will be able to travel to the US.

Would he be able to transfer that registration to another member...or get credit for a future rally?

As the staff does what they can to accommodate any reasonable request from the membership, and have intoned that the Canadian Border situation is something they are more than willing to work with, my recommendation is to email Ray Tubbs or Ted Moyer or call the office. I have a high degree of confidence an equitable solution can be arrived at.
