    Hello from Maryland

    Hi all,

I've been riding for 16 years, and probably 16 bikes (everything from 149-999cc, scooters, naked, dual sport, sport touring, standards, and cruisers), but this afternoon I bought my first BMW, and it's quite a switch from the Indian Scout 60 I was riding until today!

Yeah, that's a bit different. Sounds like you enjoy riding all sorts of motorcycles so I think you will find your new ride enjoyable.

    Welcome Aboard, Henks!

I'm guessing it certainly is "Quite the Change" from what you're used to! Hope U survive your commutes up that way! We left MD in 2018, and have been better off relocating to Rocket City USA! Nonetheless, connect with the folks at www.BMWBMW.org to see what they're proposing.

    You're invited to our 2nd Saturday Ride-2-Eat, but it's a bit of a haul for U -- Jus Sayin...

As I said, Be safe & be seen up in that Busy Metropolis!
Most importantly, enjoy your new GS!
    Ciao!

Welcome from the Virginia Blue Ridge. I'm going to wild guess and say that that picture was taken at Bob's BMW.
