Question Best Skid Plate / Engine Guard for G650GS?

I'm struggling to find an example that looks like it will actually protect anything. BMW Motorrads aluminum pan is a joke, even they dont advice for heavy use.

SW-Motech has a one llooks nice, and I'm leaning that way. https://sw-motech.us/bike/BMW/G650GS...2572010907.htm

Anyone have something else they really like?

Winner winner! At least for now, on sale for $115 -- how can I say no?! Same thickness and 1/3 the cost. We'll see how it fits & looks in a few weeks.

    Thanks all!

Ah, there's always a catch! Site let me order fine, no warnings, now they sent an email saying its out of stock and will be several more weeks before it ships.

I dealt with Happy Trails before they got my back order to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Thumbs up Solved: Happy Trails Skidplate

Great recommendation from drneo, the skidplate from happy trails is heavy-duty, holding up well, and looks great. Easy install too.
