2020 S1000xr Radiator & oil cooler guard

I put the Evotech guards on my 2018 XR.
I went with BMW guards for my 2020 S1000XR. It was actually the least expensive option and I liked that they are black. Came with the mounting clips and are extremely light weight. The guards are sold together; the part # is 77 31 8 414 688

I bought the BMW guards kit too. I should pick it up tomorrow from the BMW dealer, and I will work on it Wednesday evening.

BMW guards.. also.. no problem..
How major of a job is it to install these? I am also looking at the BMW guards. How much has to come off to get them on?
