1994 K75S Dakar Yellow

That’s the one that it came to me with. It’s a Allen spindle screw, attached with 24 lbs. the clamp bolts are also in place, at 10 lbs.

Normally the outside diameter of the head of the capscrew fits into the inside diameter of the recess in the washer/spacer. This leaves the end of the capscrew flush with the washer spacer. The capscrew in the picture is a replacement for the original.
 
The bolt in the photo appears to be a torx bolt. The original was a standard allen head bolt that fits inside the washer, like Paul said. Torx head bolts weren't used on Bmws for many years after the K75s were discontinued. Someone must have grabbed the wrong bolt when they misplaced the correct one. I would correct that.

The correct bolt is still available:
07 11 9 901 039 FILLISTER-HEAD SCREW - M10X20-8.8-ZNS $5.29

If that bolt is NOT a torx bolt, it is probably one of the ABS caliper mounting bolts that someone put in the wrong place and put the axle bolt in the caliper.

The ABS bikes had a special bolt that helped align the caliper to keep the caliper ABS sensor to ABS ring gap stable. It is the upper right hand front caliper mounting bolt and the bolt closest to the rear caliper ABS sensor.

These two special bolts have a cast in washer on the head like your picture. They also have a larger than the thread unthreaded shank that fit the hole in the ear of the slider more tightly.

Check the upper right hand caliper bolt to see if that is the standard allen bolt that belongs in the axle.

Without the correct bolt in the ABS caliper, the sensor gap could change enough to trip an ABS fault and render the ABS inactive.

The allen fastener on the front axle is going to be replaced with the correct BMW part. It has not changed the abs clearance, and the abs works fine. Not sure when that fastener was switched, but probably prior to my ownership.

Does your upper right front caliper mounting bolt have a similar cast in washer on its head or is it a standard allen bolt with a separate washer?

That is probably the bolt that should have been in the axle. The one in the axle should probably be the one that goes in the caliper. Both those bolts get removed when removing the front wheel (tire changes). If someone was not aware of the difference, it would be easy to get in the wrong places when reinstalling.
