Hello!

I just picked up a 1974 R75/6. My first BMW and a return to motorcycling after a decade with a CB350F that ended a decade ago. Glad to be back on two wheels and excited about the added CCs and fewer cylinders/carbs to maintain! ;)

Welcome to the forum and to BMW! Very nice clean bike! I noticed the drilled rotors on the front brake. Normally those came on the '75 models...the first year they were solid rotors. Maybe a previous owner replaced them at some point. Interesting, too, that the brake caliper is anodized black...I thought they were all silver colored.
