What are these tools for?

I bought these things for my old bike and kept them in case I ever got another airhead. I was looking for my lathed socket to take off the swingarm and "found" these.

The silver thing looks like a clutch alignment tool.

The think labelled "kit" was all in a baggie together and looks like the length of pipe could be a bearing extractor tool. I'm not sure all the things on that cardboard are all part of the kit. But I don't recall what this is or where I got it. Anyone know?

I always scan the instruction page that comes with the CycleWorks tools. Makes it easy to find if I somehow lose one in my binder of hard copies .... suspenders and belt I guess :).
