F850gs sprocket change for cross country

I posted this on ADVrider but posting here to see if anyone has any ideas

Looking to change the sprockets on my 2019 F850GSA for a 3200mi cross country slab ride. It’s my understanding that a bigger front sprocket can’t fit so only option is the rear but I’m not finding any options for this bike. Anyone have an option to improve highway speed and drop the revs a bit or made the changes already?
