use of copper seals / squish

If you mean crush washers, I don't think you'll have any issues. I've been using them for my oil and FD drain plugs for awhile.

A crush washer does two things at once ...

It’s a seal to prevent fluid leaks

It’s a lock washer.

No other type washer does both

Do the right thing

Naw. It's just an oil seal squish washer. The bolt isn't gonna back out cause the washer is copper and not aluminum.

I use copper crush washers for everything, never any issues.
Quickly annealed with a instant on propane torch and reused many times.

The only exception are aluminum brake banjo fittings. Aluminum crush washers must be used.

I can get the aluminum ones to work on my BMW, but not on my DRZ. They leaked on the DRZ, so I swapped it out for copper. I bought a 150 piece set on Amazon for about what 4 cost at the parts store..
