Actually, there's a very strong case for replacing Corn with Barley as an animal feed stock. A bit lower in energy, but higher in protein, Barley requires less water and nitrogen (urea) as a crop.

CARB is slated to ban THE SALE OF New gasoline-powered vehicles by 2035... There is a major difference between the two.

I think you'll find the same for any current year BMW
Drinking ethanol, not so much.
That's okay - more for me to consume (in smart quantities and never before riding!!)
Or we could just feed them what nature intended for them to eat: grass... but we digress...

I would say, Iowa can produce all the ethanol they can muster... just ship it out for non domestic use, if anyone would buy it.
