    Strong Throttle Spring Help

Hello all. I have a 2012 k13s where the throttle spring is particularly strong, making it tiresome to work when shifting a lot when riding hard. The throttle works as it's supposed to, i.e., I don't think there is excessive friction in the cable. It feels like the return spring is too tight. As a comparison, my Suzuki, Honda, and Norton have throttles that are very easy to turn. Is this something others have noticed and is there a way to adjust the spring tension?

154 views and no responses. Huh. I guess this is a non issue for the k bike community. This winter I'll take the plastic off and see if anything can be adjusted.

I've only put one day (!) on a friend's K13S and didn't notice a hard throttle, but maybe that's just me.
    Try fatter grips or GripBuddies?
The Japanese bikes I've ridden often had easy throttle return springs.
