Question - Vario side cases & non-vario top case

Curious if anyone has installed a non-vario brand top case with existing Vario Side cases, if so can you share a picture? I want to try and match the color, but know there will be difference. I have newly purchase 2020 R1250 GS, with winter on the doorstep i will be carrying more gear to be stored. Although the Vario top case is ok, I can't justify the cost with all the other options out there. I'm leaning towards either the Givi Monokey serier or Caribou Top Case (realizing the Caribou is a much different look) but open to other suggestions.

Just curious if anyone else has mixed and matched.

1200GS LC w Vario Side Cases Camp Two UP, used BMW 55-60L Large Rear Bag

For a 2 week two up camping trip, we used the Vario side cases but to have more room we left the Vario top case home and took the BMW Large Tail Bag.
