1985 K100RS fairing repairs.

What would be the best filler to use to repair areas where there are small gouges or chunks missing from the edges of the fairing. These are areas that, while not huge, are too large for just utilizing paint to build up again. I would like to fill, sand and then either purchase a spray bomb for touch up or use my airbrush to spray the areas.

Thanks,
Tom

If too small for fiber glass and resin then I would consider Bondo. You might ask a body shop that does Corvettes or boats.

I was thinking “fairing putty”. West System or FGI (Fiberglas Coatings Inc) are good sources.
