Backrest for 2013 F800 GS

My wife loves to ride on the back of the bike; however, she says she cannot relax due to the lack of a backrest. The obvious solution is a top case with backrest but, at $800+, it seems to be a rather pricey solution. Does anyone know of an easily removable backrest? I have a BMW comfort seat and I am quite comfortable with that set up so a Corbin with backrest is not a good option. I may have to have someone fabricate something if there is no other solution.
