I installed Rox Risers on my F800GS and been happy with them. The front hydraulic brake line was a bit tight and changed it out on a later brake flush.

Helibar risers
I had my dealer install them on my 2020 K1600GT. Immediate relief on my back and shoulders. I also have a Sargents seat regular height and this combo is perfect for me. I believe your riding will be much more enjoyable.
