    Remembering brother-in-law

One of my brother-in-laws , he is deceased now, had an ideal. To take his R1100R and put muffles from a C/CL model on it. Has this been done by someone?

Looks doable, thinking issue is just like the C, you would only have a side stand. The 1100R centerstand may conflict with the cat converter due to different shape.
Wonder how far back they will reach, thinking the C is longer wheelbase

You'll also need to make sure that you have 2 mounting studs on the frame cross member to slide the exhaust onto, and the rubber bushings for cushioning.

    Good luck.
