1985 K100RS. What are these connectors used for?

Just wondering what these 2 connectors can be used for? I have some idea but not quite sure. The one on the left goes straight to the battery and has a 10 amp fuse on the hot side. It is tucked-in by the cover over the coils. The one on the right just dangles out from underneath the seat. Depending on what they're used for, what adapters, if any, do I require?

    Thanks,
    Tom

One is a standard two-pole "trailer" style connector. It is most commonly used for things like battery chargers, air pumps, and heated clothing equipped with two-pole plugs. The other is a coaxial connector mostly used for heated clothing from Gerbing, Warm and Safe, and others.

The best setup for heated gear and battery maintenance. I run that setup on two bikes and an ATV.
    Enjoy!

We have both of those connectors on all of our bikes.

The two pole one is called an SAE connector and is what Battery Tenders use among other uses.
