Biden's people are saying they have no concerns that people due for their second shot won't be able to get it. In many states there is more vaccine than they are able to distribute. In my state, Idaho, we have more vaccine than is being administered. Many of the state governments can't seem to figure out how to get this to large numbers of people.
Salt Lake County Health Department put up a website for registering to get a shot for those age 70+. It crashed from overload immediately on going live. Since Ticketmaster isn’t selling a lot of mass events right now, I don’t understand why the state doesn’t just contract out the ticketing. Ticketmaster is used to having tens of thousands of users hitting their site within seconds of going live on a hot event... And it should have been arranged as soon as the vaccines were announced.

    This sums it up.

Just found this in a far corner of the 'net, but worth the hunt.

That is a great idea! I've seen some excellent examples of repurposing tools since this s**t show started, but this is excellent.

Ever been in a hospital and ask for a pain pill?

Right, it takes two or three hours to get one.

I did sign my wife and myself up for the COVID vaccine but at this point it may be a long wait...
