The national health crisis now threatening all of us has moved the Madison BMW Club Board of Directors to have a frank discussion of future of Club activities this year. Keeping the health and welfare of our Club members and guests in mind, we have made the following decisions.
The Board of the Madison BMW Club has decided to cancel all club activities for the foreseeable future. This year’s GR3 has been cancelled. We are going to reach out to our GR3 guests to let them know of our decision. We will refund all GR3 registration payments that we have already received.
The Board will continue to communicate with the Club as to what activities we will have in the future as we wait to see how the Covid 19 crisis plays out. It is our hope that we can meet again for the Slimey Crud Run in the fall.
