I've made two phone calls to the membership team, leaving messages regarding questions about membership renewal. Anyone listening?

You could also add an online contact to the mix. Go to https://www.bmwmoa.org/default.aspx and click on Membership and find Contact Us at the bottom.

There is a “Help” button in the above toolbar.

I think the “Help” button will allow a message to that effect.

I've got no ax to grind here, but.....the secret to success in business (and MOA is a "business" despite many arguments to the contrary)

Is to be "Easy to do business with"

Not having a phone call returned from "Membership" seems contrary to "Best Practices" to me.

Just sayin', 'nuff said!

Just an update, Tori returned my call first thing this morning and helped me find the answers to my questions. Thanks Tori, thanks Ted and thanks to the folks who responded to my post. Time to ride.
