Looking for short GSA top case topper

TravelsWithBarley.com
RKA has one that fits atop the GSA topcase, but it’s way too tall. I’d like to find one 3-4 inches tall, just enough to hold Glenlivet’s ready access toys, treats and leashes. Insulation not needed

Any ideas?

Pete
