Wunderlich Easy Park XL safe operation

A friend gave me a Wunderlich Easy park XL. while it appears fairly straight forward, I would like to have tips for safe operation from those who have used this product. I am 68 and worry about getting my behemoth on the Easy Park with out dropping it. Any help is much appreciated.

Getting it on the thing is the easy part. Relatively speaking.
Getting it off is another story.
The wheels kick out when you try to take the MC off the center stand.
Maybe theres a trick to it; I don't know.

Good luck.
