From what I've seen, nothing exists online. But there are sources for electronic manuals. See this older thread:

Service DVD is available through dealerships including online dealers like Max BMW. They are not Apple OS compatible. The Haynes Manuals are pretty good too and may suffice for your needs for less $. Having both is ideal. Additionally, Jim Von Baden (jvdproductions.com) makes some excellent DVDs showing basic maintenance procedures and has some online resources that are helpful as well.
