Anybody know how to get scratches out on the hard boxes?

Scratches in plastic really do not come out. Touchup paint makes small ones less noticeable. Bigger ones need to be filled and repainted, just like automotive body work.

Unpainted plastic bags, painted bags, or unpainted aluminum bags?

Had 2 mishaps both panniers scratched. Removed took to pro. Sand fill and fair scratches. Repaint with proper n43 sapphire black 273.00 total.No other way.
