Looking for adapter that goes between the fuel strainer and the pump (07 F800S)

I am doing maintenance on the fuel system and replacing the strainer which has disintegrated. I bought new strainers from Quantum Fuel systems, but they don't fit. I realized that there is a small plastic adapter that goes in between the pump and the strainer (the old strainer had rusted to it and extraction failed) And the part doesn't appear on the fiche so it's either part of the pump or the $86 bmw strainer.

Does anyone know where I can find this part?

According to the drawing, the adapter is part of the $86 strainer (the bag that goes on the end of the fuel pump). If you buy aftermarket replacement parts, they don't come with the adapter.

I guess I'll take the pump and strainer to Autozone and see if they have something.
