Generally speaking, you should look for an oil w/ an API rating of SG/SH which have sufficient levels of ZDDP. If have the March 2013 Owners News, I wrote an article on this. Old Owners News are on the main website page. Spectro has very good oils. Mobil VR-1 Racing oil is up there, too. I believe you should need the 20w50 grade...depending on location and temperatures.

A good 20w-50 SG-rated oil will do nicely. I generally use this, available at Amazon or your local FLAPS:

Just make sure it’s the “Go!” product and not the regular GTX which is rated SL or higher.
