G310R and Dual Sport Tires

Picked up a sweet deal on a 2018 G310R for my wife. She loves it. We have lots of county roads that are not paved. Thinking of putting dual sport tires on the bike for added traction on those roads.

Question: What would you all recommend? Can we put G310GS tires on it? I doubt it would change the ride height, but that's something she is wondering.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
