'14 R1200RT brake pads

My '14 RT needs pads and maybe a rotor. Anyone using non-BMW brands? If so what have been your experiences?

Front or rear rotor?
The fronts should last a very long time , the rear can catch some off guard as the pads wear faster

There seem to be no aftermarket rotors for the latest models as I tried to source a 2013 rear for a bud that went metal on metal.
The OEM rear runs $330+

Pads are available from various vendors.
