Place to keep a bike Hudson River Valley or NYC for 9 or 10 months

I bought an 81 r100rt that I'm using to ride from Kingston to Bard College(near Tivoli) I'm in a Masters of Fine Arts program that will have me here every summer for two more years for two months. My idea was to keep the bike up here and have it waiting for me when I come back next year. I originally had a friend who was going to let me keep at a warehouse he works at in Brooklyn but that seems to be falling apart. So does anyone have some place I could store this bike out of the snow from August until end of May beginning of June next year? Hudson River valley or NYC would work great. Ideally if I could keep it on a tender that would be awesome too.

I realize it's a huge favor but if someone happened to have extra space it would be awesome.

I just saw this and if you are still in need I perhaps I can help. I live an hour south of Bard and I have room. You can text or call me at 917-929-4493.
