Since I got my bike a few weeks ago from a dealer 180+ miles away, I've not been able to pair my Schuberth C3Pro helmet to the bike. The helmet worked on my '14 R1200RT, but I traded it in on the '19 R1250RT. It initially went through the regular "Searching" routine and then gave me the "Unsuccessful" message. After repeated attempts, I just went out on my ride to start chipping away at the break-in mileage.
Now when I attempt to pair, selecting Helmet 1 (or Helmet 2 for that matter), does nothing. It's as if the function just doesn't work. If I select "Unpair All", it does nothing. If I turn on the Sirius radio (speakers off), it shows a blue tooth symbol with the indicator dot on solid. This is true without GPS, phone, or helmet even powered on.
Has anyone seen this anomaly before? I have a few weeks before I can get time to head back to the dealer, but want to have the functionality if possible in the mean time.
