I rode through the Nebraska sandhills area on the way back from Colorado a few years ago. An unexpected scenic ride.
I just made my hotel reservation for the June 2021 rally in Montana. The vaccine news has made me a bit more confident that the rally will occur.

If you ride the Sandhills Scenic east to west, eat in Broken Bow... it's a long way, near 200mi across to Alliance. Mostly gas station stuff otherwise.

We ate at the Bonfire Grill several times and liked it. It's in the Arrow Hotel on the Broken Bow town square.

Maybe because it's just food/beverage season (Thanksgiving through New Year's)... and/or the pandemic,
but the sheer number of TV segments and the "nourishment" marketing this year, seems incredible to me.
When riding, a road sign indicating "homemade pie" get's my attention every time!

When I was training Tulliver as a sidecar dog there were two ice cream shops we’d stop at so I could get him a scoop of vanilla as a reward. He learned that buildings with images of ice cream on the facade meant treats inside. If I didn’t pull over he’d give me the hairy eyeball for miles
Our trip from Vermont to the SLC rally cost me 32 scoops of ice cream!

When I was younger!
A local radio station announced the Live Nation, the operator of the bulk of concert venue scheduling for the entire country, has plans to get event schedules back on track for 2021.
It seems that all this will include some sort of COVID contact tracing/proof of immunization or related.
I would not be surprised that other large, formal events will follow this procedure or at least a similar procedure.

Predicting where the vaccination process will be six months from now is a lot like predicting the weather that far out. Take as many guesses as you want. However, it does seem that it will be a push to get "enough" people vaccinated by the end of June for the rally purposes. The latest survey I read said only 50% of Americans said they would take it, and of the half who do, they should have their second shot about 21 to 28 days later, and their immunity builds after that.
I've heard that at least one company has a phone app to verify that you've been vaccinated and that several countries are considering requiring vaccination proof for admission. I suspect such an approach might be a bit much for the volunteer-based MOA rallies.

We have overseas travel plans that were rescheduled from this year to next due to COVID-19, and are pretty much expecting that some form of vaccination proof will be required before being allowed to have our fun over there.

In order to be effective, the phone app will need the capability to read the chip that will be implanted with each vaccination. Curious about what other information could be added to the chip for gov't tracking purposes.

You could ask for the optional tin foil hat for added safety.
Be careful there...I heard Reynolds Wrap might be in cahoots with the Feds to monitor citizenry movements. I rather think an unobtanium hat would be better. I do wonder how the new "chip" might interact with my decades old polio "chip".
