Found this on the shop floor. What is it?

It could be from one of four bikes recently in my shop.
2001 R1150GS.
1987 K75S
2008 R1200RT
R1200GS

I know, that covers a lot of ground, but it would be nice to know where it came from and get it back on the bike.
Thanks in advance.

It goes between the fork tube and front fender on an 04 RT and probably many other models.

Hmmm.
Hasn’t been an oilhead RT in my shop for a few years. Oilhead GS, but the fender wasn’t off for a tire change.
I looked on the parts fiche and that bushing looks to be without a shoulder, but it’s hard to tell.
I’m not saying you’re wrong. Still cogitating.

I was thinking it might be a piece from K75S instrument cluster mount. Had a box of the clusters in the shop until recently makin one good one from 3 bad ones.
Maybe I’l go to my buddy’s house and check. It’s his bike.

FYI, it’s 19mm long and 10mm in diameter. The flange is 12mm. An M6 bolt fits in it nicely.

I think the fiche has it at 24.5mm it I read it correctly.

No, I hadn’t.
But there’s been no K1300 near my shop, ever.
I’m still checking.
Thanks.
