R90/6 Repair & Maintenance Project

I'm starting a repair & maintenance project on a 1974 R90/6 that has not been run in about 10 years. Still trying to learn the current condition of the motorcycle but I do know that the front wheel will not spin. I don't believe there is any damage history and none visible. Any ideas why it wont spin? I'm believing it's a brake-related issue? What repairs need to be made? And, what's best sequence to do so?

Thanks!

Start by attempting to remove the front brake caliper. If it won't release the disk you know the location of the problem. If it is removed and the wheel still won't turn you then know the bearings seem to be the issue.

:scratch What tutorial...……

Take the tank off and see how corroded the frame is under the master cylinder......While there saying ohhhhh sh.t the pressure off the calipers by beginning the repair of the master cylinder. Sending it off for rebuild, for me, was the best answer.
