For a 2017+ C650GT, how to open the locked seat without the key?

OK. I don't have a problem . . . yet. This is just a "What if?" scenario.

I was just wondering how to open the seat, to access the under-seat storage compartment, in case I lose my key and don't have the spare key.

In this Burgman thread the OP was told how to open the latch without a key. The OP had locked her key in the under-seat compartment of the Burgman and didn't have a spare key.

I'll be at the dealership this week to pick up my K1200RS, which is in for service. I'll ask the service manager. I'll update this thread with any pertinent info.
