Plan: Early retirement (55) June 2020. Depart PNW (Seattle area) then take my 1200GSA on a slow & backroads journey to Merida (Yucatan) where my brother has house/garage for safe keeping. Duration unknown at this time. Departure probably Sept 2020. Basic heading is a diagonal down through Idaho, UT, CO, NM, TX and cross over the most appropriate SE Texas border, then head down east coast of Mexico searching for byways and hidden gems along the way. Camp/Motel combo trip. After eventually arriving Merida, probably either fly back to US for couple of months, then return for more riding down to Belize and possibly further south depending on civil situation but return back to Merida for another R&R or back North to US.
