Wethead Tech Day, Colorado front range

cap

Former Member
I plan on hosting a Tech Day sometime in late May or early June. This will be in Fort Collins. The dates coincide with member Boxflyer heading through Colorado on his Tour of Honor ride this summer. Boxflyer has experience with the procedures for the complete 20K service on RTs and GSs. So, we'll have all the tools and expertise required for wethead maintenance. If you haven't seen the videos by BoxFlyer and Chris on the Street, I recommend them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0exJbyMnGQg&t=18s

Non-wetheads owners welcome as well... My other bike is an oilhead RT, and I can help with stuff like flushing the EVO ABS.

I'm looking for a headcount of those who might be interested. Send me a PM indicating your interest and availability for May 27, or June 8, or June 9.

Cheers, Cap

Date is now set: Monday May 27.
Location: Fort Collins, CO

We will demo the wethead valve timing procedure and have all the tools available so you can work on your own bike. Let me know if you are interested.
