I just bought a new 2021 S1000 R. Everyone thinks it's the new style. I prefer the old one.

That should cut down on the time it takes to cross Texas

Hi fellow riders! On this thread just announce delivery of (an purchase) of the first MY2022 S1000R in Vancouver Canada. Still in the break-in period but I'm starting to really appreciate the engineering in this new model. I am coming to this motorcycle after 6 years on a BMW RnineT, so a lot to learn yet.
I look forward to sharing my experience with this forum as the mileage continues to accumulate.
Cheers
Greg
Good luck with your new bike! I think that is the first ‘22 I have heard mention of.
Welcome to the forum!

Checking in as well. Current owner with a 2019 model, she is my second S1000R. Great bike and still my favorite of all that I've owned. I'd like to ride the new model as I've heard that its lighter but prefer the design of the previous generation.

Got my 2021 S1000r April of last year and have been enjoying it immensely. Great for my 20 mile commute on the highway and through traffic. Great for full day adventures out of the city and into the mountains. And great for track days too!! What a machine..
