Glad to be here. Bought a new 2019 r1250 GSA a couple of months ago, after a significant motorcycle hiatus. My younger self was a VMax rider, but I decided to go in a completely different direction this time around. So far its been a very positive experience with the bike although I did just go on a 3 day trip up to MT. Dora with the excellent Gold Coast Beemers group and discovered that I have a lot to learn, especially when it comes to loading the bike, with a passenger and bags etc. I replaced the stock seat and switched to a Sargent seat which I really like but I'm still trying to dial the bike in so hopefully, with the help of this forum and members I'll get some good advice on how to expand my knowledge base, which I'm looking forward to.
