Thanks for the welcome messages! Scroungelady is my "name" when posting on my blog, Southern Food Scrounge. There are countless beautiful photos and blog postings of food on the web, however my preparations are made from what is at hand. As a retired food service professional, one must be skilled at making tasty foods when "plan B" must be deployed.
