Low suspension conversion?

Cycl2day

I currently ride a 2013 1200GSW - regular suspension and low seat position. Although I love the bike, there are times when my challenged height (5'7') creates its' own challenge. Does anyone know how difficult it is to lower the suspension somewhat. It may be more economical to trade it for a low sus model!! Any thoughts are appreciated.

Remember that if you lower the bike you will also have to buy a new side stand and center stand (or pay to have someone cut and weld them if you can't do that yourself). The economics of retrofitting this starts to work against you as you start adding up all these numbers. With the new 1250s out you might be able to score an '18 for a huge discount with a trade.

Ok, sounds like I may have an option here and will check that out with Klaus. Thanks

FWIW, the Hyperpro progressive lowering springs don't lower the bike at rest, they allow more 'sag' when you sit on the bike. Side / Center stands don't require any modifications. You can go back to stock by replacing the OEM springs.
