Replacing Headlight on a 2004 R1150R

Apologies if this has been asked before.

Has anyone replaced their stock headlight with something like in the pictures below? I am starting the path of slightly modifying the looks of the bike and am curious how difficult it is to do the headlight.

Seems like most (affordable) headlights are made for Harleys with a 7" diameter. The stock R1150R headlight is a 7.5" diameter, so the LED light below does not fit without replacing the stock with the housing seen in the second picture.

Any thoughts?
