Clearwater Lights not Dimming

Hi,

Just installed a set of Krista lights and their Billie Jr. Brake light. Brake light functions correctly but Krista's won't dim or strobe with horn. Krista's come on and will turn off but won't dim or toggle to High Beam (when switching to high beam, the Krista's just stay on but don't toggle to 100%). I have a 2017 R1200R.
Any words of wisdom?

I made a photo copy of the Clearwater "cheat sheet" and put it with my registration and other papers on the bike. I change the settings so infrequently that I always forget the sequence of things to trigger the CanOpener functions...

I could only insert a .png file of it, but I think that you can download the .pdf from the clearwater web site.
