2015 RT Headlight LED rings

Has anyone had parts of the LED rings, the outer headlights, go out? Not the whole unit just a small portion.

If so, what does it take to replace one of these?

Not cheap but used ones can be found on e-bay
 
I ticked that option box and thought the lights look cool. However, it is mostly cosmetic with not much practicality.
Yes, that is correct for us North Americans. European bikes with that option can run without the low beam headlight on, the halos serving as daylight running lights.
