Weather Sat-Sun in Grove City, PA

Planning a trip down to Oak Island, NC, but need to take a 4-hour trip to Grove City, PA (departing York, PA) for business. Planning to leave this afternoon, stay through dinner, then begin the trek south to NC.

Can anyone verify road conditions in and around Grove City?

York is currently 37F, snow is melting, and roads are pretty much clear of ice.
