This is the 29th year of the GMR hosted by the BMW Motorcycle Club of Georgia, and we return to the ever-popular picturesque fairgrounds in Hiawassee, Georgia between Friday May 3rd and Sunday May 5th, 2019.

This area of the Appalachians offers rewarding twisties - including Deal’s Gap, the Cherohala Skyway and the Blue Ridge Parkway - inspiring vistas and renowned mountain hospitality. Plus, it’s dual-sport heaven for all skill levels. Truly the perfect start to anyone’s riding season!

Registration includes lakeside tent camping sites, dinners, breakfasts, hot showers and endless coffee, along with regular rally attractions and major prize draws.

There are improved lots onsite for tents and RVs available, and a wide range of local motel and cabin rental options, for those wanting more refined accommodations.

If you register before April 15th, the early bird registration cost is $55. That saves you $15 per person off the normal $70 rate, and you’ll also get a free entry into an exclusive Early Bird draw for a prize valued at over $500.

GMR 2019 Early Bird registration close is coming up...

For those that are interested in the 2019 GMR Rally in Hiawassee, GA, this is just a reminder that early bird registration will be closing April 14th.

That will be the last day to register for the discounted price of $55.00, and after that registration will be $70.00.
Registration includes: 2 evening meals, including Saturday steak dinner with live band, and 2 pancake/sausage breakfasts. Tent camping and showers are also included, with plenty of other adjacent accommodation alternatives.
Early Bird registrants are also entered for an exclusive early bird drawing to win an RF1200 helmet with transitions face shield.
There will be presentations from authors such as MOA's own Jack Riepe and motorcycle adventure author Hawke Hagebak.
There will also be great prizes such as a free international "Heart of Colombia" tour from Motolombia, Klim suit, Schuberth Helmet, Sargent seat gift certificate, and much more.
Most importantly, some of the best street and off road riding on the east cost is right on the doorstep.

I am planning to attend the rally,leaving from Sarasota,Florida. Looking for anyone to ride with on the trip.
