New Glarus 2019

Yes, indeed, we will again be having a weekend in beautiful downtown New Glarus, Wisconsin. February 1,2,3 at the Chalet Landhaus on Route 69. Arriving on Friday afternoon and inhabit/infest/hang out/whatever you want to call it, we'll be in the lobby near the fireplace again awaiting your arrival. Bring snacks and libations to share, as well as stories and comaraderie. The only rule is there are no rules. This is during the season of poor riding, and bikes haven't been seen there yet for this event. Snowmobile and cross-country ski trails are nearby, along with wineries, breweries and cheese houses. New Glarus is a quaint Swiss heritage town with lots of little shops, and they even have chocolate. We only do this because we can, it's mid-winter and what else is there to do? Get out of the house and join us! Let us know if you are planning on attending, so we know to expect you!

Lisa and I will plan to attend, but, having driven home in blinding snowstorms the last 2 years, that could change. It all depends on the weather.

The New Glarus gathering is still on for this weekend. Temperatures are warming up, predicted to be near 40F over the weekend. That's about a 65 degree change from this week. Drive safely and we'll see everybody there!
