Hello Fellow Bikers,

I have a new 2018 R1200RT and am looking for an outdoor cover to protect from rain and tree sap that will not flap in the wind that I can carry on my bike.

Recommendations?

Thank you,
CaveBay

Welcome to the forum.

The EZ Touring Traveler Half cover is popular because of it's small packed size.

Nelson/rigg have been my go to covers for years, i’am still using the one I bought in 2012, worked fine on my 1600 and now on my RT. With a pair of ROK straps the cover lives on pillon seat on most trips
Price is reasonable

+1 on EZ Touring half cover. It has held up well over the last 10 years and the compact size makes it very easy to pack.

suggest reading the threads in the "similar threads" section at the bottom of this page. the forum does the search for you in case you didn't...

On overnight road trips with my 2016 R1200RT, this is the cover that lets me sleep easy at night! I give two wheels up!
