Yup it's kind of interesting. My company is still trying to figure out a few issues. Apparently urine tests will show presence but not necessarily for a time line, to go along with that supposedly there's a swab test that will show 24-48 hour usage. I don't know a whole lot about it.
There is likely going to be a bit of a bump in people testing hot. Makes me even more glad it's not my hobby, alcohol is sooo much easier to deal with from that perspective.

Still a problem on the levels that it’s not legal at the federal level......what to do with the cash If you have a commercial drivers license, testing reverts to the federal level.

Where buying guns through an ffl is concerned, it's a problem if you have your card. You either answer honestly and get denied or you lie and if caught face federal prosecution.
